Board Terms (All)
Various ideas expressed. Andy Hayes, Beth, and Jen self-selected themselves off the board. Ian and Andrew and also long-serving members. Beth will (did) send an e-mail and everyone will try and recruit, getting back to 9 members. With Andrea and Hannah we have 7. 7 is okay, but 9 is better. Approximately 2 people leave every six months.
Annual Meeting/Party (All)
We're hoping to host a big party/meeting on February 26th. Mr. Price in charge of finding a location. Short meeting at the beginning (talk about SSUP, committees, etc) followed by a sweet party. Entertainment by Nanna's Pantsuit, Toby's band, Eric's band, etc.
Andy willing to be on the committee, but wants to take a more back-seat role. Andy will get things started (or let the board know if he can't). League committee candidates that Andy will talk to include Spencer, Nate, Santana, Matt, and Shannon. Todd volunteered if nobody else would. Troy Bussey drove Andy crazy.
Four people haven't paid, Todd will follow up. Rules on website were handy. People enjoyed the league. Gender # issue tabled until next meeting.
Come play, details on the website. We'll have a proxy pick teams (not captains) and Andrew will let everyone know how this works.
