Should take some time at a future meeting to discuss pros/cons of organizing our own leagues or having someone else do it

Andy is making a document of what he does for spring league so that he can wean himself from the process
He's working on getting the flyer, self eval and coordinating with the city

Andy will research feedback on preformed teams and create league rules and spirit
6 teams so we can all play at one time
Dates may be April 19-June 7 or 14, 8 weeks with one get to know, one no-count game, 5 regular season and 1 tourney

Shannon is putting together beginning player's handbook. Beth has one she'll e-mail to Andy
Andy pleas for getting some early commitment for next year by the end of this calendar year
When Andy gets dates he'll e-mail the board...I assume this means the dates for the league not actual dates with other human beings of the romantic variety
Committees:
Pam and Jen wanted to know who was on each committee for their document. Ian said their was an updated list on the website

Board Members: Andy, Pam, Todd, Beth, Andrew, Ian, Jon, Jen, Will. Andy will leave at the end of the calendar year. Santana, Kathy, Shannon and Corey have stepped down. Jen will send an e-mail to everyone (current and past members) to make sure we have current info on who thinks they're on the board.
Traveling team: met and went over guidelines and incorporated feedback. Now they are revising the document. Will send to general committee by 3/24. Practices start on Tues. 4/7
Outreach: still no meetings as of date, EVER! Ian looks really tired, but is still being subtlety funny. What's up with Todd?
Fields: Oly city parks plan has a website. Ian will put a link in the minutes. Do you see all these things you said you'd do Ian?
Pick-up: We're going to write the combination on the inside of one of the cones and send an e-mail about it. Beth has a chain for the second set of cones when we finally figure out who has them. Everyone (women in particular) should help send e-mails about women's pick-up.
