Corey came out $50 short. Kathy, Todd, and Dante stole the trophy from Andrew's house (while playing bridge), and then lost it. We need a better format for playoffs, this year the two teams set to play had just played each other. TESC provide dirt, and we filled holes in the field before playing, but still, the fields were poor. The food worked out well.
The glow stick game (Friday night) went well, but there was too much light from the tennis courts. Green glow sticks worked well, red, not so much. We had over 20 players.
September was better than June (except for field quality).
No site yet: Paul and Molly are working on getting St. Martin's, Will is asking about TESC. Ideas offered by board: Oly Center, TESC Pavilion.
Teams were balanced. Todd ended up with some cash (can we give this to Corey for Geofest?). Todd will do Fall League again next year. We didn't get any Tacoma people this year, and were light on women.
People move to town in the fall, and join the league. The time was too late for some (esp. when some games started a bit late. Todd will ask Bunny to add game time questions to survey.
Pam had the best dressed team in '08. We'll do 6 teams in '09. 3 leaders each week to run the clinics, set agenda, get volunteers. Make copies of ultimate handbook or rules for beginners.

End of the year party will be at Andrews. This is typically oriented toward the traveling team but anyone can come. Should we have a board event to add new people?
We should make sure people know about opportunities to help SSUP (send email to list serve?). We should look over the notes from the planning meeting, and then meet again soon.
We should promote and celebrate what we do, and maybe post a group photo. We should maybe have some documented policies. We should add Jon to the board.Pickup (Pam):
