SSUP Board Meeting Minutes

9/11/07

I apologize I didn't write up the minutes sooner. Now I'm doing it months later, and I'm missing a lot of details. Anyhow...

League (Troy):

We discussed the following items related to Fall League:

1. Andrew, Corey, Beth, and Kathy would be captains.
2. We worked on agreeing to a league format, and the details eventually ended up here: Fall League 2007
3. Mike agreed to take on the task of considering involving Tacoma after week 3.

Team (Beth):

• Not enough interest to go to Leavenworth tournament.
• There will be a team party.
• Mike and Beth will lead a team to Hanford. Not a "competitive" team, maybe one practice.

Pickup (Kathy):

Pickup on Thursdays will continue through September, then end.

Youth (Corey):

Capitol High had it's first ultimate practice, but nobody came.

Next Meeting

Meeting will be October 4th at Troy's house, at 7 p.m.

Andrew is working on some kind of winter retreat.
