Geofest 2014 is Saturday, September 20th.

Geofest 2014 Is Saturday, September 20th

Geofest is a one-day tournament sponsored by our community that gives folks who might not otherwise travel to tournaments a chance to see what it feels like to play a whole bunch of ultimate, all day long. Even if you haven't attended team practice this year, we encourage you to sign up!

The tournament will be on Saturday, September 20th at the RAC in Lacey. This year, we hope to have 4 teams from the Oly area (including a high school team if possible), and we have room for as many as 8 other teams. If you know of a team you'd like to invite, now's the time. Remember that it's a B/C-level tournament with no A pool at all. We are looking for 8 teams that fit that description.

Fall League

8th Annual SSUP Co-ed Ultimate Frisbee Competitive Fall League

With the changing of the seasons comes one of the best times of the year. It is time for Olympia's Fall League. Join us out on the lighted fields of the RAC on Monday nights September 30th to November 18th for some great Frisbee chucking fun! Like last year, games will be from 6:30 to 8:30. Crisp autumn air, harvest moon, and reliably perfect synthetic turf, what else could you want?

To sign up, click "Register Now" on DiscNW's Olympia Fall Hat page.

Pickup is on Thursdays and Sundays, 6 p.m.

Check our Facebook page for current pickup news.

We are currently playing Thursdays and Sundays at 6 p.m. at The Evergreen State College (near the tennis courts). We play rain or shine, so come out and play. Sometimes we're a few minutes late, but we will be there.

Whether you are coming from the north (Seattle, SeaTac Airport) or south (Portland): Take I-5 to Exit 104, and follow Highway 101 to the third exit (The Evergreen State College). Travel two miles on the Evergreen Parkway to the main campus entrance on your left. We play on the big open fields between the dorms and the tennis courts. Park on the right side, head in towards the school, and to the right, behind the CRC and the Utilities building.
